As UBC transitions from using the Student Service Centre (SSC) to Workday Student, there is a period of time where both systems will need to be updated.
Students are asked to update their personal information in both Workday and in the Student Service Centre (SSC) from May 21, 2024 to August 31, 2024.
Examples of personal information that should be updated in both systems:
Preferred Name, Contact Information, Emergency Contact, 3rd Party Authorization

When to Use Workday Student
For all student activity related to the 2024 Summer session, please continue to use the Student Service Centre (SSC). For all student activity related to the 2024 Winter session (except for Course Planning), please use Workday Student.
