Using Degree Navigator for 2024 Winter Course Planning

May 24, 2024

For Faculty of Arts students, course planning for the 2024 Winter Session will require use of both the Student Service Centre (SSC) and Workday.

For 2024 Winter course planning, please continue to use your personalized Degree Navigator report, available through the Student Service Centre (SSC).

Degree Navigator will be available through the end of August 2024 and will be replaced by Academic Progress Reports (APRs) in Workday. As of May 21, 2024 you will be able to see your APR in Workday, but during this transition period, the information on your APR may be incomplete. While we are working hard to update all student records in Workday as soon as possible, we are asking you to use the Degree Navigator report until August 2024 for your academic record.

Registration for the 2024 Winter Session will take place in Workday. Your 2024W courses will not appear on your Degree Navigator report, and 2024W versions of programs are also not available in Degree Navigator.

Adding a Program of Study

If you will be declaring a major or adding a program of study for 2024W, you will need to do so in Workday Student, but you can continue to use Degree Navigator for planning for most programs.
