As a UBC Faculty of Arts student, you will need to use Workday to manage your course planning and registration for the 2024 Winter session. For all student activities related to 2024 Summer session, please continue to use the Student Service Centre (SSC). The Arts Service Centre – Student team is here to support you as you learn this new system. We will be updating this website with how-to guides, dedicated workshops, and virtual support options.

Dual Entry Tasks for Arts Students
May 21, 2024 - August 31, 2024: Students are asked to update their personal information in both Workday and in the Student Service Centre (SSC). Updating your information in both systems will help staff and faculty better assist you with any requests.
Examples of personal information that should be updated in both systems:
Preferred Name, Contact Information, Emergency Contact, 3rd Party Authorization
